The story concerns a man Drunvalo encountered once and noticed immediately because the man was surrounded – literally engulfed – in a blazing ball of bright white light.
Drunvalo had never seen another human being with this kind of energy field. So he stopped to commune with him. And they sat together for a while.
Then they rose, bowed to each other, and parted, each to his own way.
Years later, at a workshop Drunvalo was leading in Japan, this same little “ball of light” walked into his seminar room and sat down. All heads in the room turned toward this man. And as he walked past people, they bowed to him.
“Who IS that?” Drunvalo wanted to know.
His seminar helpers looked at him in disbelief. “You don’t know who THAT is?!!” Drunvalo said it was as though Robert Redford or the U.S. president had walked into a room in our own country. They simply could not believe that anyone would not recognize this man.
“No. No, I don’t know who that is. Who IS it?”
So they told him.
It turned out that he was was the most famous human being in Japan, known to every man, woman, and child. Famous for what? Simply for being alive! He should have been dead.
For he had been in the drop zone of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima in 1945. He had been so close that he had actually seen the bomb falling.
And he had survived.
Not only had he survived, but he had remained whole, totally unscathed. And he had never suffered any radiation sickness or other negative effects from his experience.
According to the people at that Japanese seminar, scientists have been testing this man periodically ever since. And the last Drunvalo knew of him, in the late 1990s, this man was still whole and free of radiation. Yet as a child, he had been found at or near the actual crater where the bomb hit. And he was totally unharmed. Untouched. How could that be so?
The incredible truth is that this man as a little child actually thought that he had the power to protect himself from anything at all. He simply didn’t “know any better.”
When he saw the bomb descending, and realized that he had less than a moment to act, he threw his arms into the air, and declared – with all the deep inner knowing and power and God-beingness in his little heart –
“THIS SHALL NOT AFFECT ME!”
The Time Has Truly Come
Today, it seems as though we are living in the End Times that the prophecies have told us about. That everything we have been preparing for is upon us.
For some of us, our hearts will be telling us to take precautions – storing food, creating a survival kit, making sure there is water available for ourselves and our families. And Drunvalo has said that he feels we must heed our guidance in these areas, and that as spiritual warriors it is important for us to be alert.
And yet we must do whatever we do knowing that in the final analysis, Love is enough. We are enough.
At the Spirit of Ma’at, that is the ultimate truth that we see in this world, in this situation, at this time.
Here then is a portion of Drunvalo’s talk at the Prophet’s Conference in 1998. It was titled:
Love Is the Answer for Every Question
. . . What is truly important here is your state of consciousness during this transition. Your consciousness can overcome any of the physical problems. See and live the Unity of Life.
If you know there is only one God and that all life is intimately connected together, and if you see this unity everywhere, and, finally, if you live this unity in your everyday life, Mother Earth will protect you and carefully lead you into the next world. This is the great secret of Life and the protection that Mother Nature will provide.
How is this achieved? By dropping the old consciousness of Good and Evil, which we must do in order to enter the new higher consciousness. The old consciousness sees itself as being inside a body, and everything and everyone else as outside of itself. This way of seeing is an illusion. The Hindus call it Maya.
Hermes of Ancient Greece once said, “As above, so below.” This quote has become famous, and is just now being proven by science. The macrocosm and the microcosm reflect each other. In the same way, another quote is important: “As within, so without.” The inside and the outside are connected.
It is here where the important work will be lived, in realizing that what happens on the inside reflects to the outside – and the other way around. This relationship is affected by our feelings.
Fear creates a contracted state of being. Love creates an expanded state of being. When we are in fear and contracted, the outer world controls our inner world. When we are in love and expanded, the inner world controls our outer world.
What happens when you lose your job? You go into fear and contraction, and it feels like the whole world is crashing in on you. The more you are in fear, the more difficult it is to find a job.
However, when you are in love and expanded, everything seems to naturally go right. People want you to work for them, because they want to be around you. There is a relationship.
So the key to interdimensional survival is to remain positive and in love with life even when the outer world may seem hopeless. Know the perfection of Nature. At the same time and equally important, know and see that Great Spirit/Nature is alive and conscious of you. Develop communication within yourself with God. An example of indigenous understanding of this is that of the Kahunas in Hawaii. They believe that Nature is alive and conscious.
The final key is to bring this “connection” with Nature into yourself. Let your inner child-self emerge and “play” with Life.
Meher Baba said it perfectly: “Be happy, don’t worry.” Bashar put it in another way. He said to be happy for no reason.
It is your childlike joy that will lead you home.
